Our portal is intended to be a catalyst for cooperation between Think Tanks in the Three Seas Initiative. Thanks to a project at the National Freedom Institute, we launched this portal and it is growing rapidly. The report and the entire duration of the project prompted us to establish a new foundation that will be a spokesman for the Three Seas Initiative and one of the spokesmen for Central-European cooperation. It becomes necessary to implement a cooperation model. The published report clearly indicates the necessary actions in the field of the Three Seas Initiative.
